The main objective of the workshop is to address recent advancements in the development of numerical methods for the solution of systems governed by evolutionary parametric partial differential equations (PDEs) of interest in applied sciences. In addition to classical fields such as fluid dynamics and kinetic theory, the workshop addresses PDEs relevant to environmental modeling, epidemiology, finance, social science, pharmacometrics, and other areas.
Developing efficient tools for accurate solution of these systems is potentially of high impact in all such fields.
The workshop is organized in the ambit of the conclusion of the PRIN 2022 project "Advanced numerical methods for time-dependent parametric partial differential equations with applications" supported by the Italian MUR.
