Several significant recent contributions in the study of data driven models have emerged at the intersection of different mathematical fields, e.g. optimal transport, dynamical systems, harmonic analysis, numerical analysis, linear algebra and optimization, just to name a few. Recognizing the interdisciplinary nature of this research area, the workshop aims at gathering mathematicians from different fields to discuss recent advances and addressing current challenges in the study and development of data driven models. In particular, the workshop wants to promote discussions between different communities working on data driven models.
Themes of interest include: inverse problems, operator learning, graph neu-
ral networks, expressivity and stability of data driven models, mathematical
methods and optimization of data driven models, general mathematics of data
driven models.
Invited Speakers:
• Nicolas Boulle (Imperial College London)
• Silvia Gazzola (University of Pisa)
• Elena Celledoni (Norwegian University of Science and Technology)
• Matthew Thorpe (University of Warwick)
If you want to attend the workshop, the registration is now open and free, but mandatory (also if you applied for a contributed talk or poster).
You can apply for either a poster or a talk, and you will be notified of acceptance by December 24th.
