The Pierre Auger Collaboration includes over 500 scientists from more than 15 countries. The scientific goal is the study of Ultra High Energy Cosmic Rays (UHECRs) in order to understand their nature and origin. This is carried on with an array of detectors located in western Argentina, covering a total surface of about 3000 km2.
During this meeting, several italian groups participating to PAO activities will discuss the status of the ongoing detector upgrade and related data analysis strategies.
